We want you to love your style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
